Sunday Showhouse, and you're invited!!

Good morning. At last this increidble, to be believed heat wave is due to break, it has been unbearable! Hope things are calming down where you are too. Today we visit 3 lovely homes starting off in beautiful Atlanta, then venturing off to picturesque Napa Valley and last to posh Greenwich, CT. Three very different homes, each with their own distinct personality but each equally beautiful, as they range from casual Napa style to formal European influenced to old world stone regal. I see something in each that I love so it would be hard to pick a favorite, as there are many beautiful elements within each of these exquisite homes. You know I always love to know what you love and which would be your pick so take a look and let me know. Wishing you a happy and relaxing Sunday!

ATLANTA, GEORGIA This stunning French styled manor home is located in the heart of beautiful Buckhead. This graceful and large home is an entertainers dream! Beautiful European influenced interiors compliment the gorgeous materials used throughout. The property is beautifully landscaped, not overly done which is my personal style and the lap pool, family room and kitchen in particular are just incredible!! Step on inside.....

Love the kitchen with its brick wall, beautiful!

I just love this room, the woods are so warm, the scale of the room amazing

The limestone cladding in the foyer is really pretty and a beautiful old world touch

As pretty as a postcard

I love this angle, just fabulous!

NAPA VALLEY, CALIFORNIA We scale down a bit heading over to picturesque Napa Valley but don't let the small simple facade here fool you. One step inside and you are in for a real treat! Love how the builders successfully made the indoors and outdoors become one with soaring walls of glass, lots of reclaimed materials and a beautiful open airy layout to take full advantage of the magnificent vistas of acres and acres of vineyards that beckon. This looks like a really happy home, one that would be filled with lots of wine tastings and dinner al fresco with family and friends! Love this......

It might looks small and unassuming from the outside

Love the wall of glass which you see a lot in the homes in Napa
This is so beautiful, I could see wine tastings and fabulous al fresco dinners here
What a view!
Love the big wide open spaces and the vistas are breathtaking
Of course there is a wine cellar.....and this one is quite amazing!
A wine cellar with a view...gotta love it!

GREENWICH, CT. Last we visit this fabulous 1928 stone manor home built for Florence Rockefeller Sloane in gorgeous Greenwich, CT. The grounds are just breathtaking and the interiors, while parts might appear dated have been beautifully maintainted and are in pristine condition. Its a grand home but understated and loaded with elegant charm. The lush and formal gardens are old and stately, only adding to the incredible charm of this fabulous estate. Take a peek.....
So regal and stately

This is screesaver worthy!
Elegant black and white is so timeless

Well three vastly different homes, in very different parts of our country. Which would be your choice if you had to pick up and relocate tomorrow? Does one style resonate with your own? Its always fun to know what you think! Enjoy your Sunday, may it be relaxing and the key word...cool!!
