It’s a challenging time for Housebuilders in the UK, and even more so for those of us at the luxury end of the market. Richmond Homes is a family business with a track record going back 3 generations. We are proud still to be flourishing which means we can retain our team of excellent in-house craft builders and trusted business colleagues which we have built up over many years.
We are still building luxury homes for two reasons. Firstly we have successfully adapted and developed the business to deal with these changing times; we have increasing interest in our bespoke house service and providing luxury extensions and conversions. New site developments are smaller, but we have several coming on stream in 2013.
The second reason is the commitment to a quality service to our clients, not only in providing design and build excellence but also in our close communications to ensure they get the dream home they aspire to. Practically all our sales come from word of mouth recommendation
